Average staff rating not updated
My average staff rating has not updated since hiring new staff approximately 7 days ago. The 'average' rating is a lot less than the lowest rated member of staff I have

Do you have staff employed in all five roles available? That's often the reason for a lower than expected average.

Thanks, I had mistakingly missed an assistant manager hence the rating! Sorted now
