Coaches
I?ve only got one coach at 22 rated.

Yet on my board rating it informs me my coaches are rated at 9?

Is this a bug or just an IAG thing?

I'm not sure whereabouts on 'board rating' it gives coach ratings?

Where are you finding this please?

Training - coaches - overall rating I assume unless it's under board objectives and about targets

Ah...

Do you have a full complement of staff? By that I mean at least one staff member in each position.

That would explain it then. No assistant manager would mean zero for that category, no physio would mean zero for that section and so on.

Interesting does that apply to players too? For e.g if I had no strikers would my player rating drop? Due to strikers being 0.

I never knew that by having no assistant manager would handicap your rating so much. Learning new things every day.

I think it's a calculation based purely on ratings rather than positions.
