How do the set the boards targets
So how do they set the club targets

Is it based on last year (last season)

Just trying to understand how they expect a lega pro (div 3 league) club to get to the semi final

I'm not complaining but how do they expect that surely they are saying I'm one off 4 top clubs in the league which I'm not

For cup targets, it will always be last season?s result +1 round. Your club reached the quarter finals last season, hence the target of semi finals this season.

For cups, you need to better than last season.

I think it's based on the last season but don't take any notice of these club targets,,, you are basically unsackable unless you go inactive or go below the minimum amount of players

Some managers purposefully relegate themselves all the way down to the bottom division to cheat the game mechanics but they never get sacked
