Peregrinos, Season 50.

Except they won the hardest division in the game, the Platinum Cup instead of the *ahem* Bronze Goblet against a team outside the top 100, and the hardest League Cup in the game.

Sorry- not impressed. You put the game on easy mode and then expect plaudits for beating it? Nah.

I don't think its easier what I did, personally. It just saves a lot of time. But come on FireSilver, don't I get some credit for winning the super cup, only 20 odd different teams have won it

I'll always bite on anything as delicious as someone putting the game on easy mode.

You do get credit for winning the Super Cup, but it's always a bit of a lottery and any one of the top 20 teams can win it if they get a bit of luck here or there and/or a lot of home draws.

You don't get any credit at all for winning a 34-rated division with a team full of superstars, or the Bronze Goblet for the same reason, and only a little for winning the League Cup of a league with no clubs in the top 15.

There's a good reason I'm much more proud of my runs to the quarter-finals of the Super Cup in successive seasons, or my narrow defeat in the League Cup final to Insmoiuth, than I am for winning Serie D, C and B of Brazil.

I could pretty easily get to 7501 8 seasons from now by relegating 4 times and then running 4 consecutive promotions, but I'm trying to do it the proper way, so I have a real sense of achievement if and when I finally make it.

It's a shame really- you could have done it the proper way and everyone would be really impressed with you...
