Adalard Haintz (playmaker) Right FootedCurrently rated 66 with rubbish coaches, I have a new policy of not keeping the big earners, so with the right coaching and a lowest rating (that really matters) of 90 for work rate, he's got a good few seasons left in him, I'll make him sub for every game but let him come on and rest him from training, he's not got any red bars and can happily send a screen shot if wanted
