To build or not to build
There is sufficient evidence to demonstrate that club ratings of 7500 or more are achieved by those with a full three tiers.

My current club rating is just under 7000.

My profits for this season (if I do nothing) will be in the region of 16m before tax - that is going to attract a hefty tax bill - I can cut some contracts that will expire next year, but it is not going to dent much. And there are no transfers I am interested in that will complete before the end of the season.

So I am considering a chunky investment in the stadium - but my TP is only at28, and being promoted to the top tier is going to have an impact on how attractive it is to turn up at my stadium and pay!
