Ratings question
Hopefully this can be cleared up real fast, but it's something I've wondered for a while. When looking to acquire better staff, you reach that ratings benchmark figure and start a staff search. Does the quality of staff who apply depend on the ranking points at the time you start the staff search, or at the end of the search?

I'm pretty sure it's at the end of the search. I remember having to get my timing right on this once!

Put simply, your club rating the day before staff vacancies come back will determine their level.

Meaning that if you manage to squeak past a rating barrier but you're worried that you won't be able to maintain that level for long, you can put out a 1-day listing and you will always get staff of the new level. You just won't get many to choose from, but even if they're not the best, they'll still be better than what you've got already.

Given that staff average rating contributes to your club rating, the boost from a 1-day listing can actually be enough to help you sustain your new rating if you're lucky.

...Correct, and so if you just employ one member of staff on that basis, you can try advertising immediately for a little longer.

Haha!! Enough had been said already, I got it. However I?m reasonably confident I will be able to maintain a level for long enough.
