Even when you are leading 3-0 or 2-0 and wants a clean sheet game, they end up pulling one back in the last minute and the funny thing is that immediately that goal is scored the match will end at that exact minute. That was how i drew a game 3-3 against Doomed. Even if the opponents will equalise, reduce the deficit, or score the winner; it shouldn't be at that last minute. Not that dying minute wonders don't happen in real matches but it shouldn't be frequent. It starts looking like everything is been "manually manipulated.
Nobody is talking about this!

This has happened to me a few times, some in my favour and some not

After looking at many sources and stats from real life games, 75% of goals are scored in the first 5 and last 5 minutes of each half

Also it's been calculated that 7% of games results will be decided in the second half injury time, so I guess you'll need to look at enough of your games and see how the maths works out and see if it's similar to real life??

Every time IAG has been altered in some way to cut down the number of vacant teams, manager numbers have plummeted immediately afterwards, and then settled out at about the same number- about 30-40% of available teams are managed. This seems to be a natural way things work out. You may find, by reducing the number of vacant clubs, that you have the opposite effect to the one desired- cut club numbers to 500, say, and you may end up with only 200 managers sticking with the game.

Although we may not like it, there are a number of managers who enjoy club hopping into the lowest divisions and only ever playing vacant teams, and if you remove that option you may find those managers leaving.

That's fair enough, I go along with what you and pleasantsurrpise have said because I wouldn't want to see any changes that could reduce the number of managers.

I just thought that the idea of continents would be a nice way to reduce from 10 to 5 leagues and lower the number of vacant teams. It sounded good to me because I would like to see more competitiveness overall. On the other hand, if from experience you've learned that many managers don't want a too competitive league system and would walk away, then I understand it's not a good move. I would not want to see any change that might deter any managers from staying long term.

It's happened to me many times, and I'm sure everyone else has experienced this too. It's frustrating when it goes against you but on the other hand, we've probably all won matches this way too, so it's not unfair.

Regarding the "match will end at that exact minute" comment. The match-play updates every minute, so even if a goal is scored at 92:01 and there are 59 seconds to go, time to kick-off, have an attack etc before the final whistle, you'll only see that news at 93:00, which may be when the ref blows for final time.

It keeps you waiting right up to the final whistle for sure.
