Respite****

Got a 66-rated coach with an excellent outfield coaching score and now a 26 point cushion so even if we draw with Monasterio on Thursday we should be fine to stick above 7501.

I'm eagerly looking forward to seeing how my players will respond and whether we can get a couple more points on our match preview score.

Got to give a bit of a shout out to NSSO and Glosterra for their support in making sure I got the two players I needed this season to tip my APR over 87, and also to the game for finally giving me a kind fixtures list that meant I could hold on to 2nd place this long into the season. We're currently on our best ever winning run of 12 matches in Serie A.

Got in a new coach after one day advert, but by the time 7/7:came back, had dropped below 7501
Just got a second one day coach in but this is tricky to get timing right.
Nigeria is just sooooo competitive that I went from 1st to 4th and back to first in a week

I think I might have a similar dilemma- the 7-day coach listing is out but it will come back in the middle of a really tough week of fixtures for us. Hopefully we?ll get a boost to APR from my 1-day listing scout and a bit more from the new staff due to arrive tomorrow, and that will keep us afloat long enough.

Should probably not have hedged, but at least my squad will have a few days with the new coach to hopefully make it more likely we win those tough fixtures.

I've been putting out 7 day staff vacancies nearly every week for nearly 2 seasons now lol

Currently at 7490 today, the next home fixture Vs Blind Monkeys could be a decider whether I get the staff this season or not,,, anyhow I've got the vacancys out beginning yesterday ready to land during the next weekday sometime, fingers crossed!

Tonight is the first time my club has moved above 7000, still so far to go it seems before I can start challenging the top teams.

Expensive day today as I sacked my entire staff (apart from 1 in each role who be be sacked tomorrow instead) but totally worthwhile given the big boost it'll give my club.

Now I just need to get the coach in next Thursday. Two tough league matches between now and then, though.

Just had a average player rating jump so im 7525 now lol,,, im gonna let the 7 day vacancies I posted a couple of days ago take their course and cross my toes aswell until they come back,,,, I think it's looking promising for me this season, especially if the next few fixtures go my way

I remember NSSO saying he doesn't think any other manager here would be capable of achieving it (maybe a tough love statement) but now we've just had three managers within the space of a week lol
