I'm pretty sure it used to be in the second account rules that a user's main account had to be maintained in order to keep a second account.
I think that requirement was dropped from the rules when second accounts became open to anyone, not just subscribers.
There are a few managers who now only have second accounts so the answer to you question, I guess, is yes.

Thank you PS, I didn't want to drop my first team, if I decide to, and then lose my Guinea Pig 2nd team as well.
