Injury issue
I was keeping an eye on my leagues matches this evening, as you do, and I noticed Newcastle had a player injured during the match at minute 78, they had already had two substitutions during the match, but for some reason the injured player wasn't replaced, however on minute 84 they then had a player sent off for a second yellow, and a third substitution then took place, I assume due to the sending off.

Why was the injured player not replaced, surely this should be done the minute a player gets injured?
