| Well I am down to 5 average youths and my scouts are out all the time but really struggling to find anything worth keeping | |
|
| Almost 2 seasons , 4 scouts didn't find anything useful. Really strange | |
|
| Think a lot of it is down to luck - I've had loads of good youths in the last couple of seasons while my first team hasn't done as well.
Anyone find their youths are wriggling around? I've had the order in the academy change a few times which is playing havoc with copy-pasting in my spreadsheet
|
| Well I found a both-footed, 14 year old winger rated a perfectly balanced 65 today, so I think it's safe to say that you just need to git gud | |
|
| The amount of scouts must play a part, mathematically speaking... I've got 6 scouts searching for youths, they been doing Ok so far,,, I could have more scouts but I've tried to encompass all stats and outcomes by having multiple coaches | |

And on this note, "Mr Cantona" had 11yr old players rated 5... And they still came up to be all 90s in the academy and seniors after a few seasons of training.... I know some managers (like me) need youngsters faster but that is an encouraging thing to learn

For certain. I have 7 scouts out looking for youths. Over half of my staff allocation are scouts.

I've got one more, started off as spotty 11 Yr old who could hardly catch a ball, now rated 99 aged 16, my best to date, just hope he promotes.

Does anyone else still have these ghost youths in their list.?
'Ghost' youths should have been removed now

Nice. | |

| Nico Vaaz promoted this evening, not a bad looking player. | |
|
| Fingers crossed for goalkeeper Yasutake Yamada, whom I've marked for promotion. He came into the YA at 13, and has made it to 100/100/100. | |
