Tactical Options
Hi all, because it's not stated anywhere in help files or any old forum posts I've seen, I was just wondering what the Wing Back tactical option entails??

Is it the tendency for the keeper etc to pass to a wing back? Is it the tendency for the wing back to move forwards? Or what exactly is tendency for this tactical option?

All the other tactical options are self explanatory other than this one, does anyone have an idea what exactly is the tendency it refers to?

Do you need to have official Wing Backs in the team for this tactical option or can you use fullbacks, sweepers and centre backs and still make use of this tendency?

No there isn't, there's info there yes but not relating to my questions, specifically the question of what does the Wing Back tactical option tendency entail

Wing backs set to always makes your left-sided and right-sided defenders more offensively minded than defensively-minded (presumably unless you have a back 3).

What effect does this have on the match result? Absolutely no flippin' idea.

Nobody knows exactly what each tactical option does. Find a set of tactics that works for you and go with it, I'd say.

Eitherway seeming my scouts have nothing to do this season, I'm currently spying on all the league champions and trying to get a better understanding of things and the outcomes in co-relation to their opponents also

Ive noticed a few managers copying the same tactics and noticed some managers who are more original in their approach so currently monitoring everything to build a mental database of things

Believe it or not, it's quite enjoyable reading all the match reports (sometimes twice a day) but they don't save themselves, they disappear each update

I notice many managers keeping the same tactics and formations no matter what but I'm hoping to find some tactical counter actions to implement to best benefit myself because I think it will pay dividends, especially when my squad is upto scratch

Ive already had some big wins and draws against all 90s teams and I know home advantage plays a big part in that but still, I think the changing of certain tactics at certain times could be the key to winning a major trophy in the future
