Red Cards
I have just suffered my 5th red card in 19 league games, that is close on a red card every three games I have the same captain as I had in previous 2 seasons, I also weigh up the ref stats before all games to decide on what level to put tackling hardness and closing down.. Thinking now that this is a random problem that I have no control over. Never had this many in such a short space of time since i started playing this game

just looked at when the first red occured to todays game and I have had 5 in all competitions in a run of 16 games, I will be amazed if anyone can come up with an even higher ratio than that

in addition to leadership and communication... experience, discipline and concentration are key to consider when choosing a captain imo.

Yes I agree Rambo, these I always take into account as well.
