Crosses are not listed in: https://www.itsagoal.org/squad/training/help.php
Safe to assume they improve a player's ability to cross the ball but what other attributes does it improve?

I am pretty sure it is four attributes:
Distribution
Set pieces
Timing
Crossing.

If you go to the HELP tab then click into "What's under the Squad Tab" the detail is included there (copied below)
Crosses - A key skill especially for your wide players.
Improves crossing, distribution, set pieces and timing.
It has all of the other training detail in there.
