can we have a 1-3-3-3 formation available?

I?d like to see a custom formation option so managers can design there own.

can we have free agents? or the ability to bid for a player directly out of another club

and having said that, the managers have an ability to

'Consider bids from other clubs'
or
'reject all bids'

i was wondering if a feature to cut unwanted youths could be implimented? thanks!

its a good idea in theory but I think everyone would go out there way to scam newer players.

Ability to assign all scouting staff to look for a particular type of player in a slick manner, instead of tasking individual scouts to look for a particular type of player.

I have multiple scouts so a more streamlined process would be appreciated...

Is it possible to add other features to tactics like ability to set wing play, through the middle etc as attacking play is limited

I'd like this too, Pedro - too many clicks otherwise!

I've been thinking a nice feature would be to be able to reassign a scout to the same search with the click of one button, or perhaps as a fourth option on the "mission select" page.

That, combined with a way to assign multiple scouts to one job, would be quite a big improvement.



The match engine is mystifying enough for me without adding more variables

what about in game tactical changes like the substitution instructions

I think this has been mentioned previously and from what I heard the changes to the game engine would have been extensive

How about a 3rd account?

How about the option to select all your scouts to search for a player position (GK Def MID For) without doing each one individually?

I like this one.


Also, how about the ability to transfer youths to other clubs' youth academies?

Kind of similar to those "missions" I mentioned a few posts back



I've thought before about an option for 16+ year olds that you don't renew or that reject you on promotion going into some general free transfer market as adults.

I think being able to transfer list more than 2 players at a time would make the transfer markets a bit more active.

Talking about the transfer market - having an option to see all the countries at once would be good. It's a pain when you are looking for a specific type of player across all the markets so have to go through them one by one.

Well then, since it looks like the game is getting a little bit of TLC, why not revisit this thread huh.


What are the chances of anything like this occurring? Very annoying having to go through every scout to set them up every three-four days when you're searching through waves of garbage youths.

As for the improved caretaker managers idea - would a really simple algorithm not be to pick a standard formation (why not 4-4-2) and just pick the highest-rated available players (GK, 4 x DF, 4 x MID, 4 x FW) on the team irrespective of form etc? A little complication if there aren't enough of a certain position but then the caretaker could just pick the highest-rated available outfield player, irrespective of position.

Finally (for now) a really minor fix - make it so we can send job adverts out even when our staff is full. It's really annoying having to consider firing someone just so you can see if you can get a few extra staff ratings points.

A season or temporary loan option would be nice
