Huh, I was wondering about this, mine has dropped from 39 when I took over in November to now 25. I have not been meeting the player or staff rating requirements at all because I didn't want to overpay wages when I clearly don't need to have a strong squad yet to move up the divisions. I do remember somewhere reading that the board rating doesn't matter but I couldn't find it again. Thanks for this.

I am overseeing my club's greatest period in IAG history, with its first ever League Cup win last season.

My board rating is zero

In other words the board rating doesn't matter, you can never be sacked unless you go under the squad size permission,,, the most important thing is club rating,, each milestone at 3501, 4501, 5501, 6501, 7501, you can send out staff vacancies and get the co-responding staff for that level

Your club rating is determined by a few factors, including player ratings, staff ratings, club finances, league position, historic results etc etc etc,,, once you understand these factors you will begin to fly up the club rating ladder

One of the most important factors is club finances and your club value

I've taken my club from the doldrums of lower-division football to challenge for the top spots in the most difficult division in the game.

My board rating is also zero, and has been ever since my second season in Serie A.

OK good to know, I will be ignoring that feature from now on. Considering a small stadium build since I still have most of my starting money.

Not a bad idea, you have a healthy oversubscribtion to your games so even with a 2,000 seat expansion you should be able to maintain your ticket price or only drop it a couple of credits.

Every expansion is a small risk but as long as you don't overextend yourself you should be fine

Yeah and its not just the attendance, but the cost of stadium upgrades itself are very expensive. I went with the West end for 8M.
