Stretching the theory even more, I suppose you could also instantly terminate the currents of every youth you promote so you're not limited by squad size either.
In that case, you are limited only by your bank balance (and some clubs have hundreds of millions of credits) and the number of youths you can successfully scout.
If you had 1 youth coach and 15 scouts, and each scout returned 3 youths on each report, and every one of those youths were aged 17 years and 55 days when they were scouted, then you could in theory promote 12 youths every day of the season, for a total of 672 youths.
We are now stretching the realms of probability into the region of infinitely improbable, though.
