Congratulations to Calvino_spark on his IAG Super cup victory yesterday. The first time Weir Lion have won the Super Cup so it's another new name on the trophy, after they hammered us in the final.

Well done!

I'm sorry if here is not the right thread to ask this question. But pls what is all these cup games about?
Maybe marking an equivalent to real life champions league, fa cup, europa etc will help me understand their order of importance and participation eligibility. Thanks

Jepco, you can find details about all the cup competitions by going to the:

HELP tab (top right) - What's under the Competitions Tab

Summarising:

1. There's a league cup for each country (league) which is equivalent to England's FA Cup. This begins early in the season and finishes on day 24

2. There's the IAG Super Cup which begins on day 31, this is a cup that every team in every league competes in. It ends on day 56. This is the BIG one!!

3. Finally, there are 6 Inter Cup competitions:
- The top 3 teams from each country's top division compete in the Platinum Cup. This is similar to the Champions League.

- The teams placed 4-6 from each country's top division compete in the Platinum Shield. This is similar to the Europa League.

- Then the top 3 teams from every country's lower divisions also have their own cups.
There's a cup competition for the top 3 teams from every country's Division 2.
There's a cup competition for the top 3 teams from every country's Division 3.
There's a cup competition for the top 3 teams from every country's Division 4.
And there's a cup competition for the top 3 teams from every country's Division 5.

There is a lot of useful information under the Help tab that may answer questions you have.

All explained here

League cup - everyone in your country
Super cup - everyone in the game
Inter cup - separate competitions for top three of each level (plus 4-6 of top divisions)
