Your stadium attendance is aligned with numerous factors just like your club rating... One of the most important factors is having an overall club value of close to 100mil, alongside having quality players close to 90rating and a decent league position
One of the previous managers of MOT Whites obviously didn't know this and spent all the money in the bank for a short term fix, which in turn caused a domino effect of decline
|
| It can be a catch 22 situation when first starting, especially in or close to the top flight because you need good players to get a good league position and you need to spend money to get them
Like it has been said in recent and historical forum posts, "the game is fine balancing act" of numerous factors,, emphasis on the numerous numbers and finances lol
It will take alot of time for you to fix MOT Whites back to how they were, but you'll be able to do it,, with selling a few 90+ youth academy graduates and biting the bullet for a couple of hefty tax bills, before you think about getting the 6501-7501 staff and a team capable of challenging for major honours

If you look at the history, MOT Whites was at the top of Serie A for 20+ seasons, so it's reasonable for them to have a fully developed stadium.

With that stadium to fill at your level it will be tough, and your maintenance fees could be crippling. You won't get anywhere near a full house no matter how low you set your ticket price so just experiment with prices to find the maximum overall income - and remember that your fans do cost you a bit of money too so the total ticket sales aren't the only number you need to look at. 500,000 from 20,000 fans is better than 500,000 from 25,000.
The flip side is that stadium improvement is an enormous cost that actually has an incredibly long payback in cash terms. So if you can make it through where you are now then you will have a massive advantage on other clubs below the top 30. You might have to sell a couple of top players and just use their fees to burn through until you're stable financially. Tough but probably worth it long term.

| Season 66
With nothing left to play for, why not start this up again. Another season of being pushed down to fourth, by quite a margin in the end and given I was third halfway through the season that's quite the disappointment. Reached the league cup final, and lost of course. Semis of the inter cup was good, and a tough draw in the sixth round put paid to my super cup run. Some good, some bad.
Ratings-wise I spent the whole season bar the first two days above 7200 (up until today, more on that later) and achieved 7300 for the first time. I then made my first ever wunderkind purchase...and due to real life getting in the way I missed that all my physios were out of contract so now I'm barely scraping 7000 It's all fixable though, nothing to worry about.
Onwards to 7400! | |

I still have another 5 hours before my season is over, so I'll put my review on hold for now

| S66
S64 Won the Conference
S65 Won League Two
S66 Won League One
36 Wins, 2 Draws, 0 Losses. 110pts. 105 goals scored, 19 conceded.
Didn't do great in the cups but that's okay.
Had to battle a lot of injuries to top players but kept chugging along well.
Now onto the Championship and a much harder test.
|
| Season 66
Relegated from the Bundesliga (Again)
But won the Golden Platter for our first trophy and my first trophy that isn't a division title.
We spent to try and stay up but there are too many strong teams and not enough fire power or development to play catch up so I'm stuck in yo-yo syndrome. Now I know what West Brom and Norwich used to feel like.
|
| We reached the semi-final of the league cup, first time in our history so its showing continued steady improvement,, we have also had to increase the capacity of our stadium by 2000 due to many new supporters wanting to come and watch us because they know they will be entertained by some of our players and they know we have a good chance of upsetting some of the bigger teams with our under dog mentality and a dash of quality
We have maintained and slightly improved on all fronts this season but are expecting a tougher challenge next season as BulletBoys will return with a good squad and Belenenses are always improving and have a +90 striker
Serie A was a close fought contest this season and everyone here at the Dynamos takes their hat off lol to Diagnosis who had an invincible season in the league ( we got a draw at home) and also the race for 6th was a very close affair and promises to be even better next season

I wasn't that far off, actually!
All things considered, this has been as successful a season as could have been expected, when my League Cup and Inter Cup first-round draws were away to teams with similar previews. We came close in both, but this knocked about 150 points off our club rating by mid-season. Only thanks to a stadium expansion and another run to the quarter-finals of the Super Cup, and another 5th-placed League finish, have we managed to recover back to just under 7200.
The finances are still looking solid as we have just one more tier 3 corner left to go now, and we should still make a seasonal profit. We're going to need it as a number of youth academy squad members are up for their first contract renewal next season and wage demands are going to sky-rocket.
Brought in a right-footed fullback and I can now finally field a first team with every player with FAs in the 90s. The only way to improve any further now is to get the next level of staff. It's going to be tough...
|
| Bit of a transitional season in many ways.
Results have been pretty poor in the league, quite a few matches have ended in draws or losses that I seemed to boss in the stats, hopefully that'll be better next term. On the plus side my stadium is 3000 seats bigger, but I think that'll be the end of my stand expansion for a while (until I can up my club rating). I've promoted a couple of all 90s youths which will help in the long run. The club is valued at 97.5m today which seems healthy enough, I might do a bit of wheeling and dealing in the market though which could change this a bit, we'll see.
So next season I'm going to try and improve my average player rating from its current 71 to hopefully 73 or 74 and see if I can win a few more games to push me closer to the elusive 6501.
|
| Made it to top six (aka 6th) in Spain » Primera Division and qualified my first Platinum Shield.
Got to 6500 and upgraded my staff but this was at a big cost of cheap(ish) but high wage veterans over the past 2 seasons. Now retirements are hitting and my young players are truely a tier below and creating a financial bind.
Will likely fall back to 7th or 8th next season but hopefully a 90+ youth arrives and can bring in some cash.
A bad season on the Cups cost us too.
I fear this 6th place may turn out to be a high water mark for the squad.

Everyone's a critic eh. I notice there was no bold used for S61 and S62 but it would be churlish of me to point that out
(And I did use bold, so) | |
