Its been a roller coaster season, The club has grown huge amounts. Finally got to the next level of staff with a apr of 83 and a stadium of 36k capacity. although my first team has a apr of 88 and full capacity stadium yet still short on getting the new staff.

I finished second in the league, got to the league cup final, unfortunately for us it was against a better team who dominates the USA league/cups Mister sitter who beat us 2-1.

I managed to get far in the IAG cup reaching the final. Beating some juggernauts in my path but losing against the impressive Norfolk Enchants on pens. Overall a very good season.

Not for much longer by the sounds of things...

Mixed season for us. I went unbeaten in the league and only dropped points in one drawn match at home to Moodle Mints. That's the best league season I've had for about ten seasons.

On the other hand, I didn't win any cup competitions this season:

- Lost in the SF of the Scottish Cup to Moodle Mints (did I mention them before? ) on pens.

- Reached the final of the Inter Cup but lost on pens

- Lost to the eventual winners, Norfolk Enchants, in round 6 on pens.

At least we didn't lose a game of football all season, we're just not good at penalty shootouts.

CR rating did increase though, partly due to APR jumping one rating point but also 32 points from a good league season and Inter cup run.

New season begins with an away match against, guess who? Moodle Mints

It?s make or break for Muacpool (again). Season 70 saw a couple of good youth sales push our rating above 5501 (yes, I know, but I?m not patient enough to dwell in the lower leagues to build up to 6501) so we could get the better staff and watch my half developed players start improving. Promotion to the Bundesliga was achieved with a decent young squad, and with a couple of additions I reckon survival will be manageable. Some stadium expansion underway and a handful of very decent looking youths in the academy, along with my youngish squad will hopefully secure at least medium term survival in this league, and if finances allow I will add quality and experience. My last season at this level was an unmitigated disaster, this season should hopefully be an improvement.

Season 70 was reasonably successful for Fallen Rock. Won Segunda B without much trouble.but was never in doubt, now we are on to the second division in Spain. Also made a stadium expansion, probably will do another this season. Think it might be time to slow down the promotions though i think I'll get trounced in the top division. Most of my good starters from when I took over have aged out or nearly have so now it's my own players.

Need to get the club rating back up over 4500 it was briefly then dropped on promotion, im guessing that is normal to happen?

The ranking points always drop on day 1 of a season. Someone with more knowledge could explain why that is, but, yes it?s normal. Wait a few hours and check after the update.

Put simply, you gain club rating points based on your league position, 20 points per position. So a club in 4th place in the league has 80 more league position (LP) club rating (CR) points than a club placed 8th, for example.

At the start of a new season everyone's league position is set to null, so we all lose our LP points. If you finished 6th last season that means you drop 280 points overnight. You will get points back after tonight's update when you have a league position again. Even if you lose your first match and are sitting, say, 15th, you'll still gain 100 more CR points than you do at the beginning of Day 1.

I'm only aiming for a top 5 finish in the league so you should be ok for now

Season 71

Football may not be coming home, but 7501 finally did.

After dropping 9 points in our first 10 League matches we went on a mammoth unbeaten streak, dropping only 4 points for the rest of the season and taking 4 points off Peregrinos. Sadly it wasn't quite enough and we missed out on the title by 2 points. New points record of 101 won't be easy to beat next season but we finally have the squad to try it. In the meantime, we have something else to add to our almost-honours list

Cups were a nightmare so it's a good thing we got 7501 when we did. 9 consecutive away draws and three third-round knockouts to top tier opposition. Surely we can only do better here next season.

The final push for the rating level was expensive and it looks like we're going to make our first seasonal loss for 10 seasons and only our second since I took over the club, and a hefty one at that of about 25M. But it was totally worthwhile.

Aims for next season are to refresh the squad by bringing average age back below 25, and to try to finally win something. As usual, Peregrinos are going to stand in the way of that, so it's not going to get any easier...

Looking forward to hopefully seeing a few season reviews from the other clubs that made it to 7501 this season

I said last season I was after Bundesliga survival, and that was managed with relative ease. I added a couple of decent young players, youth policy is still proving very fruitful, and I?m optimistic that I can cement my place in Germany?s top level over the next few seasons. Stadium expansion is still ongoing, and I managed my first silverware, winning the Golden Platter. All in all I?d say S71 went my way, except for horror draws in the first rounds of the German and IAG cups.

What a season for Wynvale Wanderers.
Like you, the trophy cabinet has been a bit empty for 71 seasons. Three Platinum Cups has not made up for the many defeated finals in League Cup and even one in Super Cup. And I?ve finished top 5 for about 60 seasons! Cripes. Is it really that long?
But this season, like you, we finally hit 7501. Suddenly, those 88 rated players became 91 rated.
Nigeria prem this season was insane. With a top 5 of Kings Reserves, Insmouth, New Justland and Namatumba, the champions, everyone has dropped points. Further, the rest of the top 14 have consistently caused surprises meaning the league has been super competitive and exciting.
But the big news is??
Wynvale Wanderers are League Champions for the first time in our history. The small Nigerian town of Bakwa will be going off tonight (see my early blogs for more context)
So, I?m already looking forward to season 142 when we are sure to top,the standings again

Fantastic season for the Dynamo's, we retained the Scudetto on the final day so that's two in a row and three big consecutive trophys the past three seasons

Finally got the holy grail of 7501 so next is trying our best to push for the platinum and super cup after truly making our mark in Italy,,, hopefully we can maintain the good luck and continue making good decisions and build a IAG powerhouse with a long lasting legacy

CHOO CHOO! Full Steam Ahead

Quite happy with the season, finished 2nd in the league, albeit miles behind Newcastle. Lost once in the league, lost to the same team in the cup, and got beaten by Mister Sitter in the supercup.
Currently hovering around 7000 mark so still a long way to go especially with the squad, but still enjoying it.

not sure i'll ever win the league but i guess getting 100 points, finishing 3rd and qualifying for the (fictitious) Champions League is fine

Was barely able to stop the easy promotions at the second division. I want to build up the club a bit before moving up and just getting trounced in the Primera. 6th in the division is fine, starting to seeing some youth prospects that look promising so that's good.

Is there any real difference in league quality in the four leagues below top division? It didn't seem to me like there was any difference in challenge from the lowest level to the 2nd level.

Season 72

The season's over surprisingly early for us this season so I'm going to get the ball rolling on this...

We did it! I joined Brazil with the ultimate goal of knocking Peregrinos off their perch and we finally got there after a mere 22 seasons of building up. Admittedly Peregrinos have been absolutely ruined by RNG this season in the League and Cups but even so we have secured the League title with 3 matches to spare and we're well on course for a 100-point and a 100-goal season. If we win our last 3 matches a new personal club record of 108 points will be reached which I think we'll struggle to match again. We are also on an unbeaten run of 63 matches in the League.

We paid for dodging RNG in the League all season by getting dumped out the League Cup away to Insmouth in Round 4 despite edging the stats, at home to Norfolk Enchants in the Inter Cup Round 3 despite even stats, and away to Morecambe FC in the Super Cup last 64 despite dominating. If we want to really get into the top 10 clubs consistently we have to improve on these cup runs.

A quiet season off the pitch, no more new staff to aim for, no new youths coming through, and just a couple of players sales to make room for the next batch of youths. 10 of them are aged 16 or 17 in my academy right now. If at least 7 of them come through with 90s FAs I'll be content.

Aim for next season: win a Cup, try to defend our title, and stretch the unbeaten League run to over 100 matches. None of these will be easy and I'll be very happy if we manage 2 of them.

Spain - Segunda B (Third Tier)

Runaway winners in the league, as expected. Next year will be a challenge though as promotion could spell disaster. We're still building a warchest.

The League Cup and Super Cup saw reasonable runs for a team who at best previews 62.

Off the pitch, 8,000 seats were added to the stadium as we prepare for the Primera Liga. Another amazing youth prospect accepted, and will likely have to be sold as we're some way from being able to achieve his potential. There is another 16 year old waiting to be promoted who looks like he might also be a star. So the war chest could be pumped up next season ready to challenge.

Most importantly, we broke through the 5,500 Club Rating barrier to finally get the next level of staff. That pushed us into the top 100, though this club was once far greater than that, and my challenge is to take them to their highest ever ranking (currently 1.

But next season is where the real work will start - we need to start building a team capable of competing in with the top 6 in Spain.

Slight disappointment overall here, after many seasons of progress and winning things recently, this season has been a bit stagnant, slight drop in club rating due to players retiring but we've got many potential top youngsters in the academy for the next few seasons

Blind Monkeys have been our banana skin in more ways than one this season but good luck to them in the remainding rounds of the super cup,,,, we are still a fair bit behind the regular established super clubs in terms of quality but we are slowly getting there.

We won something! The Brazilian cup. Most unexpected and welcome so that was a real positive. Managed to promote a handy youth defender which will help going forward, said goodbye to a couple of old stalwarts and started work on a 4000 capacity stand. I?m hovering around the 7000 club rating mark so have a bit to do to reach the next level, but little improvements every season will hopefully see me there?,,,,eventually
