I've done the same thing far too often. If you spot it straight away then it's possible to use the Back button on your browser to correct the error. Sadly, my most recent error in that line meant that my academy was full.

It's a pity that the default setting on prospective youths is the Promote button.

What would a 94 rated youth be in terms of value?

Depends quite a bit on his position, I would suggest, and, of course, how he turns out on promotion.

I mean he is promoted and hes a 94 rated player, from his stats at least. Hes a Sweeper though, maybe not plays with sweepers?

I think it's been recently determined that he would be worth either more or less than 30M

Do you mean 94 precisely, or (say) 90+? I've had 43 youths not including my current crop and ten ended up as 90+. However, of the last 10, eight have been 90+. I've become more picky as my team has improved.

But it really depends how you operate your youth academy.

Or do you mean, what % of youths that are found by scouts have potential to reach 90+? I've heard it said that all youths can in theory max out at least one attribute but I'm not sure any manager knows for certain.

What I mean to say is, i have a youth player who when promoted got 94 rating, as in, the lowest of their stats is 94. I wonder if a better question is, is 94, but looking at the top clubs I see this is not that rare!

He's a very good player for sure, but even if the lowest attribute is 94 I don't think that guarantees he will reach 94 rating. As I understand it, even the best teams can't reach red bars with the very top players. Maybe if someone gets to 8501 we will see just how good the superstars can be.

And yes, if a top team promoted a superstar at just turned 16 that's up four years of training which would be enough to max them out.

2 recently promoted youths sold for a combined 93m in Japanese league, that's a lorra lorra money.

Another 100 rated youth successfully promoted today and we're getting closer and closer to a first team's worth of FA 90s players. One centreback and one fullback to go, and then train them up.

3rd one promoted last week, forward Higazy, slightly disappointing with an 80 FA on a 94 rated youth

About a week until the next one turns 18, he's also rated 94 currently.

4th one promoted today, somewhat disappointing with an 83 FA from an all 90s youth.

Icarus Elias the 17yr old greek star isn't the tallest or bestest +90 fixed attribute player but he will be very welcomed here and hopefully will have a good long lasting career

I have a youth in my academy that can improve no more, he has been with me since the age of 11 and is currently 16. Will I increase the percentage of him accepting promotion if I keep him in the academy for another season even though he won't improve by a single point, or do I just go for it, he currently has 10 days left on his existing youth contract.
