What are people's experiences with the following message:

He could improve lots, little or not at all.

He currently hasn't improved a single point in 50 days so I'm leaning towards the last part.

I usually hope for the best whatever the messages say!

Players who've given me that message have improved by an average of 15 points in the following season.

The only thing that stops me renewing a player is if he's reached his potential.

Scouts have returned Leopold Gotthardt, 14 year old tall centreback. Stats are 50/50/50, straight into the academy he goes

Sigh, another disappointing academy promotion, rated 91-91-94 in the academy, hits the senior books with FAs down in the low 80s.

One of my three recently promoted youths needs to go, for the greater good of the club.

The player for sale will be determined by the offers I receive by PM and will be one of the following:

M Kounev , 100 rated youth goalie, currently rated 25.
N Vaaz, was rated 98 as a youth defender, promoted to the senior team yesterday.
M Miranda, was rated 97 as a youth midfielder, currently 52 and improving quickly.

Even further delightful news for the future of the Dynamos,, Noel Goguen, 17yr old Goalkeeper accepted a professional contract for the seniors today... Looking at his fixed attributes, possibly one of the best keepers on IAG.

I know I won't be able to train him up to the early-mid 90s rating but possibly late 80s? We shall see, either way, he is a very much needed addition

And before anyone asks, yes he is the love child of Patrick Viera and Dungas wife from 2009 when ol french paddy had an affair with her during one of the friendlies before the 2010 world cup,,, that's the real reason why they both missed that tournament, there was gonna be hell on

When he turns 17 he will be promoted to our seniors soon after, ready to train up

I've currently got a few 80s and 70s slowly creeping up and then a whole batch of real youngsters, 11 and 12 Yr olds at the very beginning of their youth training.

If I can get one or two of the older ones into the 90s I will be very happy.

At his last update, Basil Maniatis (midfielder) was 16 and 53/55/55, and had "started to show some quality". Three weeks later he is 17 and 73/76/76. Three or four more improvements before 18 - will he reach a 90 rating? I hope so.

Well, Davila and Antunes are not going to be breaking any records but they will do okay for me. Then I've got a 99-rated midfielder who I'm waiting to age out

What luck have people had with 16-17 year old recruits? I've got a lot of 14/15 year olds but nobody 16/17 and I could do with filling that gap - but no point if they won't promote.

Wowzers! After a pretty lean patch of youth reports my scouts have come up with a pair of gems today- both 14 year old strikers, one rated 70/70/70, the other rated 55/54/55. Both straight into the expanded academy, please. 3 slots left to fill...

Almost forgot to mention my latest promotee, 100 rated in the academy and all 90s FAs, E Ehrenström.
