I thought it was a public league: try "ITSAGOAL.com". I couldn't find anything about invites or anything like that.

It's definitely a private league. I don't remember who set it up as I'd assume that they would have the code. Hopefully, someone has wrote it down somewhere.

If i recall correctly Gav may have set it up.

I feel Dr Barry Gale has to take credit for this again. Last time he popped up, with his Player Integrated Stripes Strategy, we won 6-1 against Aston Villa and this time, with his Christmas Related Accreditation Programme, it was 4-0 against Arsenal.
