| My scouts finally decided to do some serious searching today instead of hanging about in some lower league club's bar watching through the window their youth players try to impress any watching scouts.
Anyway one of my scouts turn up with a 14 year old 92 rated Mid. He's not quite evenly rated in his attributes but even so... | |

Just promoted today, WOW his FA's are impressive being 97, 96, 98, 98, 98 loyalty 74, 97,97
Absolute elite player both footed and only just turned 17, 2 days ago.
Will be looking to sell, for 40M+ | |

| I've just had a nice surprise. Chris Bolder, goalkeeper. Was 99, 83, 68 in the academy.
I thought the misbakance would see him be a mid 70s FA player at best. He's just arrived and all but one of the FAs are in the 90s and the other is low 80s. | |

This seems to be my usual time to promote my youths. It's hard to know! I have one who was on 99/99/99 at age 16 and the message about him having got all he could from the Academy came through. I like to keep my youths as long as possible, as I think there's more chance of an acceptance of promotion the longer they stay.
Having read your post, my 99s youth, having turned 17, has moved up to 100 all round. I'll still wait for the next contract message, however, to give him every chance. | |

IMO you can promote if he's been with you for 3+ seasons. Yes there's a chance he'll reject you but at this point a few extra days in the academy probably won't make much difference.
Send your scouts out and once they find a good candidate to fill the gap, promote. | |

I promoted my all 100s youth tonight - came out Ok at a minimum of 92, but it is certainly a puzzle how they'll turn out once that button is pressed! | |
