my poor scout just found a 92 rated 15 year old. think we got lucky. now to bribe him in to staying for a while

ive just got a 99 rated defender 17 years old all his stats are all 99

A bit of a mixed day. Just had a 67 rated mid leave to fulfil his true calling, 'the performing arts', meanwhile the scout's come back with an 87 rated CB gem. No doubt he'll be destined for a long career flipping burgers...

Another 2 promoted in 2 days. In Nhan my first actual selected promotion since the update at 17yrs old instead of renewing until he turned 18. And another striker turning 18 in Orpen.

Been pretty lucky with the youths accepting so far, especially at turning 18. Better stock up the academy!

It was the longest of long ****s, he even went up to 97, but alas as expected he did not promote

If it helps with monitoring the new approach, my 93 rated youth striker promoted yesterday at 17 with 2 days remaining on contract. Think he was in the 70s when I recruited him. Good day yesterday

Just had a look at him in your team. To say he was 91 in the YA they are some pretty low fix stats. I had a player last season very similar, I thought he was going to be a superstar but when he joined I was quite disappointed. A decent player but not as high as I expected.

It shows that the rating in the YA are more of a guide than a guarantee.

same with my midfielder on my 2nd team, only had 70s FA but still FA from the YA are not always accurate too, and with the coaches there not being very good probably won't find out his true pot for a few seasons..

Wow, that's quite a find from the scouts. Fingers crossed he's able to stay for a while before his 18th birthday. Looking forward to seeing the outcome of this one, hopefully not delivering your next pizza...
