Well I've just added at 100 rated 17 year old goalkeeper to the academy we can dream for him to promote ay?

I don't think any player will ever reach 100 though even if the academy rating says so, I can imagine some 97s 96s though.

remember the old version 10 skills that maxed 70 80 90 or 100 and there overall rating was avg
I remember everyone went mad when 1 player maxed at 97 7 out of 10 skills maxed at 100 while 3 maxed at 90. that was so basic yet so genius lol.

also my 2nd teams academy is pretty nice, I doubt any good players will join but I hope so.

this academy is garbo though, best player is rated 72 here, I guess its better then before, but still my avg is like 55 which is same as before.

CB = 63 /17yrs
GK = 72 16yrs unbalanced but still way better then I could ever find previously... so I'll take it lol 56/62/99
WbK = 54 15 yrs 48/51/61
AMF = 84 17 yrs 85/83/83 started as an 82
FW = 59 17 yrs 41/52/83
FW = 76 16 yrs 61/86/79
FW = 79 16 yrs 79/86/71 started as a 70 rating

I guess its swings and roundabouts as my 1st teams acad is poo, maybe next season It will switch up idk :L

Third youth promotion in a row - 50 rated winger , 65 rated wing back and now 75 rated hole player

Was hoping for slightly better stats for the hole player but certainly won't complain.

Well about to attempt my very first 2 player promotion to the senior team one defender rated 71 and a midfielder who is similar rated the midfielder has gone up by 7 simce i added him to my youths

In all the years i have played this i never used the academy as it just look like a money pit lets see if its any better now

I can promote my player rated 95 if I want. When I eventually do it I am dreading the update on the following day!

But will these new highly rated youths reach their potential the same as if you bought them from a reset team?

I think it will be same as before but slightly different, there would always be players that don't reach their pot even resets, so I'm guessing the YA will be almost same as before, more likely to max 4-5 ratings lower but could also hit their potential?

Probably only about 15M now, I've noticed a big drop off in prices this season since the update.
