I took in an 11yr old last week, rated 5,5,5 and this week he is rated 5,4,5.

His physical attribute has dropped by one.

I feel cheated.

He looks very good.

Interesting. I remember this happened to one of my youths a long time ago. Strange, but seems to be a very rare thing. I think my youth went back to 5/5/5 soon after but can't recall how he improved after that.

On the other hand, Joseph Ruiz looks like a good promotion for you.

He is now rated 6,6,6.

Let's see what happens with him.

One of my youth midfielders has vanished!!

Rated 85, aged 17, still had over 40 days left on his contract, is no longer in the academy, but no message in my inbox, I can only assume he turned 18 and decided not to join the main squad, after 5 seasons in the academy.

That's a bit bloody frustrating!!

You don't track your players' birthdays? I make a point of doing so- it's always good to know what day a player will turn 18 and what day is going to be his retirement day.

But yeah, losing a player that would have been worth 15M+ is a bit of a nightmare, bad luck

This season he has improved enormously, he is currently 83, 83, 83 and still has a few weeks on his contract, the last two weeks has seen him go from 51 to 83, incredible stuff.

Do I get any of the proceeds of the money he sells for when you eventually list him, then?

If he improves a few more points he will be staying with me, but the envelope is in the post.

Do players ever hit 100/100/100?

Am i better just promoting him now or waiting until he turns 18?

Yes they can reach 100-100-100 but this is quite rare,,,

Some opinions will probably differ but I'd say promote him if you've had him for that long and you've had the message from the youth coach which says " weve got everything out of him, time to move him on "

I have promoted and he has come through all 90+ except loyalty, will list him in a couple of days time for anyone interested!!!
