All the ones who have been promoted came in young and I waited until their 18th birthday.

D.Monk goalie, promoted, another success.
Not brilliant but trainable to a decent level I hope.

Scouts have just returned Leonid Fyodorov.

13 year old 51 rated goalkeeper.

Stats: Physical - 54, Technical - 51, Mental - 48.

Fairly balanced and a decent rating for his age, I will take that!

God, I wish my scouts were as diligent as that!

My lot seem to go to their nearest park and pick some some random young kids who they think they can fob me off with.

my forward additions 54 rated in YA has horrible FA on the plus side was my first 50+ successful promotion after about 5 fails so I am hoping he reaches atleast 50.

we will see what his trainables do before I get excited, I won't cry over a high 40 rated player though

I love some of the names on here...I have a youth player who is doing quite well at the moment. I?m hoping he will promote in a couple of seasons but it was his name that made me add him to the youth set up.

Just brought my first youth into the academy, a 37 rated 13 year old GK with uneven stats... Only 22 physical, but he is 13 so plenty of time to improve, what sort of range of improvements do you usually get in the youth academy per season?
