100 rated youth player accepted but I've got some stats less than 90

Wow, just had a look, he is a shocker to say he was rated 100! Still be a very good player but certainly not the quality you would expect from a 100 rated youth.

I thought there was a tweek to make the promoted stats more aligned with the youth rating, obviously not working

It depends when this youth joined the academy whether the "stats more aligned" tweak is in play for this player.

Well I might have finally found a half-balanced prospect - 13 years old, 26/21/27... Let's see how he turns out

Frustrating youth:

Signed as a 12yo on the final day of S38 at 55/55/55. Seemed like a potentially great find!

S39: Moved up to 60, then stalled.
S40: Occasionally increased by 1 to 65
S41: 65. Youth report: Started to show some quality.
S42: 66. Youth report: Great kid, going to see a lot more form him if he works hard.
S43: 76. A few more increases of 1, then last time it was +3. Youth report: Still has potential to improve a lot.

He's 17 now. I wanted to promote but with the report a few days ago, I will renew him again and he'll have 3 or 4 more weeks to improve. Very frustrating youth this one.

I may only have one space left in my academy, but I might as well send a blind scout out as surely he'd do better than this lot?
Rated 5 7 8 9 16 and 19, ages from 11-14.

Nathan Gill has decided to join the team from the YA.

As much as I will grumble I haven't found anyone good in weeks and the academy is bare. The YA has been very good to me.

I see he joined up! Congrats. Although for a 99 rated youth those fixed are not as high as one would hope.
