Very excited to have him join up. Maybe the pull of the local burger joint is dwindling? Bubba will get to see him for many seasons in all of his glory (and hopefully a few Irish Cups to add to our single one)!

As others have said, keep searching as you'll eventually find a gem.

13 year old Columbian Tall Goalkeeper. Rating 61 with all other ratings within 61 exactly found today by 1 of my scouts.

Just fingers crossed the investment and my coaches can get him close to 100 and he doesn't leave!

What was he rated as in the youth?

i had a youth striker that was decently rated but had the coolest name and i wanted him on my squad just for the name. if you like singer songwriters you will appreciate this.
his name was dylan buckley

unfortunately he declined.

Just had a youth jump from 71 to 82 in 4 days ( didn't make a note in the days in between.

Joined season 41 at 11 yrs old at 47
Half way through Season 43 he was only 49 rated.
Season 43 ended at 60.

He's only 14...

The first youth that joined my academy and promoted since the last youth update has turned out very nicely with better than expected FAs. A long wait now to see how good he will get.. Okopny is his name.

He stagnated for 3 days, and just jumped another 5 to 87 and he's still 14. He's not gonna join is he!

"Having played in an academy for a long time and infrequent promotion attempts at the club can greatly enhance a given youth's promotion chances."

You need to keep him until he's 17 and don't promote any others in the same season and you stand a good chance he'll promote.
